Job Duties   bb The SIOP Manager will facilitate and drive results to achieve focus, alignment and synchronization among various functional areas of the organization bb This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. • Develop, establish and execute the global SIOP processes for the organization • Partner with Marketing and Sales to insure supply will meet and exceed mid and long term demand • Identify Supply Chain gaps and insure they are addressed and/or escalated to the appropriate level for resolution • Prepare and lead S&OP management reviews • Identify opportunities and threats, guide final decision making on open items and prepare escalation reports for executive review • Assist Product Line Managers to insure smooth transition of new product introductions from Engineering to Production • Analyze supply and demand issues and facilitate resolutions • Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics and supply chain planning. • Evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability, incorporating risk mitigation solutions to manage the impact of supplier performance • Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master scheduling, inventory management and product development utilizing available MRP and Sales tools such as Fourth Shift, SalesForce and Windchill • Work closely with the Director of Global Manufacturing Systems to drive improvement across manufacturing operations
   
Skills/Knowledge   bb • 10+ years’ experience in Inventory and Operations Planning Management, with demonstrated progressive responsibility • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or other related area, advanced degree a plus • Proficiency with MRP/ERP software • Advanced MS Office Suite skills • APICS certification preferred, not required
