Eric is with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Northrop Grumman provides defense electronic systems for domestic and foreign military customers. Eric has over 28 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management. He has held a variety of positions where he has been responsible for managing manufacturing activities, production planning and scheduling, and electrical testing. He has also been instrumental in new product introduction and implementing TQM and Lean/JIT manufacturing techniques. Eric is currently on assignment as a Project Manager, responsible for Manufacturing Execution Systems, Training and Change Management projects in his companies Operations Department.

Eric has been active in the Chicago Chapter since 1997 and currently holds the position of VP of Finance of the APICS-Chicago chapter and has been the Regional Vice President of APICS Region 13 (Illinois & Indiana) and currently serves as VP of Chapter Development at the Association level as well as a member of its Executive Committee.  Eric was also the recipient of the APICS 2005 Voluntary Service Award presented at the International Conference in Kansas City in 2005.   As an instructor Eric has been instructing Master Planning of Resources, Execution and Control of Operations, Fundamentals of Planning and Basics of Supply Chain Management.

Eric is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and has an Associate of Science Degree - Electronics, Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, and Master of Science degree in Management.
