The Customer Focused Supply Chain Management course is a one day, three part class designed to increase knowledge, improve hand-offs, and thereby facilitate teamwork amongst and between Supply Chain professionals and individuals who interact with and support Supply Chain professionals and Supply Chain functions.

For Supply Chain professionals -

This course provides supply chain professionals with an opportunity to reinforce and identify more opportunities to improve supply chain management (SCM). As it reviews the fundamental knowledge of the functions of SCM, it provides the insights to working as a team to increase efficiency and become more competitively successful.

   ·    Part 2: Key elements in customer-focused SCM

   ·    Part 3: Key processes supporting customer-focused SCM
