Eric is with the Supply Chain Management group of Northrop Grumman Corporation Electronic Sector in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Northrop Grumman provides defense electronic systems for domestic and foreign military customers. Eric has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management. He has held a variety of positions where he has been responsible for managing manufacturing activities, production planning and scheduling, and electrical testing. He has also been instrumental in new product introduction and implementing TQM and Lean/JIT manufacturing techniques. Eric is responsible for material management and supplier scheduling for the production programs currently in process. 

Eric has been active in the Chicago Chapter since 1997 and currently holds the position of Controller of the APICS-Chicago chapter and has been the Regional Vice President of APICS Region 13 (Illinois & Indiana) and currently serves as VP of Chapter Development at the Association level as well as a member of its Executive Committee.  Eric was also the recipient of the APICS 2005 Voluntary Service Award presented at the International Conference in Kansas City in 2005.   As an instructor Eric has been instructing CPIM courses - Master Planning of Resources, Execution and Control of Operations, Fundamentals of Planning and Basics of Supply Chain Management. Recently he began instructing the new APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) course as well.

Eric is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and has an Associate of Science Degree - Electronics, Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, and Master of Science degree in Management.
